What does it do?
Replacing the default Drupal favicon and throbbers (AJAX loading spinners) are often overlooked. Changing these elements is a simple way to take your design to the next level. Drupal provides a simple way to replace the favicon, but replacing the throbber is a bit more challenging. Hurricane replaces throbbers with an extendable and CSS-styleable subsystem. It seems like a lot to require two javascript libraries to make a new throbber, but I love that someone is trying to make the process of changing throbbers easier.
