What does it do?
One of the most enticing things about a large open source project like Drupal, is the availability of translations and internationalization. Many of the customizations exist within Drupal core, but others must be added as new modules. The Address Field Portugal module looks to add some customized fields setup for handling Portugal-based addresses.
