User Testing in Action

This is a behind-the-scenes look at how usability testing really goes down. We've put together a real test, for a real website, that a real user will walkthrough live. (It'll be in real-time, so who knows what will happen!) Afterward, we'll debrief on what we've learned and connect the dots with user-centered design methodologies.
